We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Web & Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, video editing, and front-end development. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations, experience in video production/editing, and the ability to develop interactive and visually appealing web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, branding assets, social media creatives, brochures, banners, infographics, and other visual content.
  • Develop innovative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual communications.
Presentation Design (PPT)
  • Design visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for clients, leadership teams, sales pitches, investor decks, and corporate communications.
  • Transform complex information into impactful visual presentations.
  • Create custom templates, infographics, charts, and animations.
Video Editing
  • Edit and produce promotional videos, corporate videos, product demonstrations, social media reels, and training content.
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and audio enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality video content within timelines.
Front-End Development
  • Convert design concepts into responsive web pages.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or similar is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of animation, interactive presentations, and digital marketing creatives.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, PPT presentations, video editing, and front-end projects.
